Information and Advice is one of TCCA’s longest-established projects. This initiative has enabled the organisation to offer better access to information about services throughout London, especially for individuals who may not understand mainstream systems and advice services or who cannot communicate in English.

 

The objective of this project is to support members of the Turkish Speaking Community in adapting to upcoming changes, enhance their access to benefits and appropriate services, and contribute to the vision of an integrated and cohesive society. The initiative aims to empower individuals through greater awareness of rights and responsibilities, foster a shared vision for the future and a sense of belonging, acknowledge diversity, and promote strong, positive relationships among people from different backgrounds.

 

The project provides consistent support for welfare benefits, housing, health, education, employment, and social services, offering advice, referrals, and assistance in accessing mainstream resources. Complimentary information is available to all participants.
