Mangement

The management of Turkish Cypriot Community Association is based on a tier system. The Trustees have ultimate responsibility for the organisations strategic direction. The Senior Management Team is thereafter responsible for implementation of those strategic decisions and day to day management of the organisation.​

​As a charity it has been providing culturally, linguistically, and religiously sensitive services to Turkish Cypriot community. It also serves other who describe themselves as Cypriot and Turkish Speaking that reside in the UK. TCCA operates from three premises.

Turkish Cypriot Community Association, SMT operates via a team of five key officers. At least one attends every Trustee meeting. The SMT is made up of the following officers.
